What You'll Contribute
The Vice President, Head of Product will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and execution of our product management initiatives. As we transition to a product led organization, establish product management function, attract top talent, and begin to build out current and future product portfolio for education services.

- Define and prioritize the overall product management strategy that rolls up to the company’s strategic objectives. This includes operating procedures, product shipment cadence, product roadmaps, pricing, and competitive positioning.

- Manage a team of product managers who are responsible for thorough market research, analyzing customer insights, and staying abreast of industry trends to identify new product opportunities.

- Engage and collaborate with key stakeholders; including executives, developers, engineering, sales, and the go to market team to gather requirements, address concerns, and ensure alignment throughout the product lifecycle.

- Establish & accountable for product metrics. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to the executive team on product performance, customer feedback, and market trends.

- Work closely with the go-to-market and sales teams to develop strategies that drive product adoption, revenue growth, engagement, and retention.

What You Have
Minimum education, skills and experience required.
- Proven track record of bringing product to market and scaling revenue.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to translate market insights and customer needs into actionable product strategies and plans.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills, with a track record of building and leading high-performing product management teams. Ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor team members.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Proficient in using analytics tools and metrics to drive product performance and inform strategy.
- Demonstrated ability to set and achieve ambitious goals, drive product innovation, and deliver results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Preferred education, skills, and experience.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 12+ years of experience in product management, with at least 7 years in a leadership role, successfully launching and managing products throughout the product lifecycle.
- Experience with Hubspot MarTech platform
