Job Description
What You'll Do
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Technical Lead / Transformation Architect with a strong background in networking, infrastructure, and cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in our technology transformation initiatives, particularly during mergers and acquisitions. This role demands a visionary leader who can design and implement cutting-edge solutions that drive efficiency, scalability, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architectural Design: Develop and maintain comprehensive architectural blueprints that align with business goals and technical requirements.
- Networking and Infrastructure: Design robust and secure networking and infrastructure solutions that support high availability and performance.
- Cloud Solutions: Lead the design and implementation of scalable and resilient cloud architectures, leveraging platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
- Technology Transformation: Drive technology integration and transformation initiatives during mergers and acquisitions, ensuring seamless transition and minimal disruption.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business leaders, IT teams, and external partners to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet organizational needs.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Documentation and Compliance: Ensure all architectural designs and implementations are well-documented and comply with industry standards and regulations.
Qualifications
Who You Are
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Technical Architect or similar role, with a strong focus on networking, infrastructure, and cloud technologies.
- In-depth knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
- Extensive experience in designing and implementing secure and scalable network and infrastructure solutions.
- Strong understanding of technology integration and transformation during mergers and acquisitions.
- Experience in managing technology-related aspects of mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence, integration planning, and execution.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven track record of technical leadership and team mentorship.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or similar are highly desirable.
The TECH Stuff
- Experience in the financial services or technology sectors.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations, including GDPR, HIPAA, and SOX.
- Experience with microservices architecture and containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
