RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Effectively manage crew members on each shift
- Accurately complete all administrative and operational duties in a timely fashion according to the daily management timeline
- Create a culture of excellence
- Ensure store quality, service, and cleanliness
- Develop hourly employees, shift leaders, and AGM’s, including maintaining an environment that fosters motivation, training, and evaluations
REQUIREMENTS: QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE
- Minimum of 3-5 years General Manager experience
- No more than 2 jobs in the previous 7 years
- Undergo a background check, plus a minimum of 4 weeks training in Florida or North Alabama
- Must have an unexpired ServSafe Certification
- Sufficient experience and knowledge of Profit & Loss statements
- Have run a 1mm+ restaurant
- Ability to attract, train, retain, and motivate quality employees.
- Knowledge of PC functions and how to run administrative duties.
- Maintain a positive, clean, safe atmosphere and environment for both guests and coworkers
- Professional attitude and respect for coworkers, establishment, and the concept
- Strong work ethic, and desire to exceed your own goals 110% of the time
PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS
This is a Working Position! Position requires the ability to tolerate walking and standing most of the day. Requires reaching, bending, lifting, carrying, and must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds to chin level without injury. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks. Works with speed and efficiency in high-pressure situations. Demonstrates ability to manage staff. Exercises good judgment when dealing with customer situations, complaints and initiates corrective action.
WORK CONDITIONS/HOURS
Normal hours will require the candidate to work a minimum of 48 hours a week with physical activity. This is a Working Position.
