It is an exciting time at Soistman Family Dentistry & Associates as we experience consistent growth serving over 100 new patients per month as well as our loyal, established patients. We are searching for an outstanding Chief Operations Officer to implement and oversee our practice’s operational processes at both our Easton and Centreville locations. The COO will implement strategies to maximize patient satisfaction, optimize our office’s operating capabilities, and support our CEO owner to lead our clinical team and support staff to be efficient, productive, and effective. Easton and Centreville are small towns located on Maryland’s idyllic Eastern Shore and both quaint communities are just quick drives to beautiful beaches as well as great adventures in Annapolis, D.C., Baltimore, Delaware, and Philadelphia.
The COO will play a key role in maximizing the practice’s success by harmonizing clinical excellence with efficient business operations. An effective COO will use their strong leadership skills to orchestrate the office daily rhythm balancing key components such as team management, practice profitability, and patient experience. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Working directly with and reporting to the CEO owner to create and/or implement business plans, strategies, and procedures
- Overseeing and directing the practice’s business activities ensuring effective, efficient, smooth operations resulting in enhanced performance and growth and report these findings to the CEO owner
- Successfully leading employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication resulting in an optimum patient experience
- Accurately evaluating performance by appropriate analyzing and interpreting of data, metrics, and detailed reports
- Implementing policies that promote our practice’s core values, culture, and vision
- Fostering trust with our dental team which encourages collaboration, enhances effective communication, and promotes a positive work culture
- Diagnosing problems, anticipating potential issues, and developing corrective action plans
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Demonstrated ethical leadership skills with steadfast resolve and personal integrity
- Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal skills with proven, consistent positive outcomes working with staff on all levels
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required in Business or Healthcare Management

Pay: $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
