Responsibilities:
- Design, code and troubleshoot the application development process.
- Leverage expertise in agile software development methodologies and principles to implement continuous delivery and integration throughout the development life cycle.
- Build distributed and scalable complex services as well as Restful services and robust micro services to support business initiatives and processes.
- Work alongside relevant stakeholders to develop innovative and creative solutions in line with business requirements and deadlines.
- Build databases, preparing corresponding documentation to support those databases including NoSQL databases.
- Design and develop solution architectures to scale backend systems using Python, Microsoft .NET C# and rest API specifications.
- Utilize NoSQL or relational databases like Oracle/Exadata SQL and PL/SQL, and SQL Server to write business logic for financial reporting, data glossary, and data catalog processes.
- Design and develop production-ready software using various data structures like Tree, List, and Stack to solve complex financial and analytical business problems.
- Work with various object-oriented constructs and design patterns like Factory pattern, Decorator, and Delegates to implement user interfaces and server processes for financial business applications.
- Utilize full stack engineering, coding, and debugging using front end technologies like Angular, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Design and develop production-ready software using web, cloud, and distributed technologies such as Microservices, and CI/CD cloud deployment.
- Remote work may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Engineering (any), or related; and
- 5 years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or a related IT occupation.
- Must include 5 years of experience in each of the following:
- Designing and developing solution architectures to scale backend systems using Python, Microsoft .NET C# and rest API specifications;
