Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Collaboration Work with data engineers, business analysts, client integration engineers, product teams, and technical PMs to define project strategies, requirements, and dependencies.
- Project Management Ensure cross-functional teams meet target completion dates, identify and mitigate risks proactively.
- Stakeholder Communication Earn trust through regular updates to senior management on project status, dependencies, and risks.
- Metrics and Reporting Develop, communicate, and monitor project success metrics. Provide ongoing program status reports with clear and regular updates to all stakeholders.
- Documentation and Transparency Maintain a centralized repository to track business decisions, their impacts, and provide transparency.
- Adaptability Manage ambiguity and competing priorities while focusing on both short-term and long-term goals and delivery timelines.
Qualifications
- Experience Minimum of 2 years of program or project management experience.
- Methodologies Proficiency with agile, scrum, and Kanban frameworks.
- Data-Driven Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
- Communication Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
- Stakeholder Engagement Experience providing project updates to internal and external stakeholders.
- Technical Collaboration Experience working with technical teams across different time zones and geographies.
- Tools Familiarity with Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence, Structure, etc.).
- Bonus Familiarity with the internet/digital advertising ecosystem is a plus.
