About The Outreach Team
The Outreach Team is a premier national field firm. We partner with organizations working to solve some of the biggest problems facing our society -- from protecting human rights to ensuring all voters have an opportunity to be heard at the ballot box -- and help them build the resources they need to make an impact. We are a people-powered enterprise; our campaigns are effective because we hire diverse teams of talented people, invest in our staff, and treat them well.
We are hiring Directors to manage our campaign to mobilize voters for reproductive rights. Directors will recruit, train, and manage a team of local staff to collect voter registrations in high pedestrian street traffic areas near college campuses in the community.
We are currently seeking Field Directors to join us on an important and exciting campaign to rally the vote for candidates who will protect our right to make our own decisions and keep the government out of our health care. We are hiring for multiple Lead Director and Deputy Director positions. Restrictions on reproductive health care are harming real people. Bans on any health care put politics above people and put our futures on the line. We’re working to ensure that everyone can live, thrive, and raise families in healthy communities. When people can make decisions about their own reproductive health care, they have more control over their economic security, their health and well-being, and can build the future they see for themselves.
We are hiring immediately. This position can run through the election, with opportunities to extend.
