Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the company's strategic plans and objectives.
- Lead and direct senior management to ensure the attainment of goals and objectives.
- Establish policies that prompt the company's culture and vision.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including investors, clients, and employees.
- Monitor financial performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure financial health.
- Drive business development initiatives to expand market presence and revenue streams.
- Provide guidance on risk management and compliance matters.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence throughout the organization.
Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in executive roles within the financial services or real estate lending industry. Proven track record of leading and growing a successful business.
- Skills: Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Deep understanding of hard money lending, underwriting, and risk management. Knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices in corporate governance.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
