VICE PRESIDENT OF SALES AND MARKETING - CHIEF GROWTH OFFICER (CGO)

If you believe you have the vision, capabilities, and talent to lead our Sales and Marketing teams in growing new and existing lines of business, building meaningful partnerships that further enhance our brand, and overseeing the integration of growth strategies across all lines of business, consider the brand-new executive leadership role of Vice President of Sales and Marketing - Chief Growth Officer (CGO) with us.
Shape how we go to market, drive our value differentiation and bring structure, tools, and capabilities, to our teams and membership. Reporting to the Executive Vice President, the Vice President of Sales and Marketing - Chief Growth Officer (CGO), will have significant opportunity to guide the organization's business development strategy and have functional oversight for marketing, sales, external affairs/relations, internal and external communications.
Our Vice President of Sales and Marketing - Chief Growth Officer (CGO) will have the exciting opportunity to build-out a Center-of-Excellence in the Sales and Marketing space. Utilize your contemporary working knowledge of government, individual, level-funded, small group, large group, and ASO products, including ancillary lines of coverage policies, procedures, products, to attain growth and retention targets. To be successful in the Vice President of Sales and Marketing - Chief Growth Officer (CGO) role, you will bring proven human relations and interpersonal communication skills, excellent listening skills, problem-solving/problem-resolution abilities, and be capable of consistently exhibiting value-aligned leadership and people management. Share your skills in the recognition of opportunities and lean into your capabilities in using data to make timely and sound decisions, holding high standards of performance while pursuing aggressive goals, along with a principled approach to business interactions and sound business ethics.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, or related field; Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Current Wyoming State Insurance license (if unlicensed at hire, Wyoming State license MUST be obtained within 90 days of hire date and maintained in good standing thereafter).
- 10 years prior sales, marketing, or other role working directly with members of the public.
- 7 years in a leadership role guiding and managing sales and/or marketing team members.
As a Vice President of Sales and Marketing - Chief Growth Officer (CGO), you would receive executive-level perks along with the opportunity to explore the great state of Wyoming as you visit our multiple regional offices; there will also be in-state and out-of-state corporate-related travel that may include overnight trips.

Our positions are all based in Wyoming. Depending on the department and the position, eligible employees may be offered limited In-Office/WFH flexibility (for those positions that are offered limited WFH, there will be a required number of In-Office days per week/month depending on department). Executive level employees are REQUIRED to reside full-time in Wyoming.
