Service Delivery Associate Consultant – Development Program
Interviews for this position will be held in February, 2025, for work to start later in the calendar 2025 year.

This is a two-year development program consisting of three (3) eight (8) month rotations through the Service Delivery team. The program is designed to build valuable experience across multiple functions within the group and may include roles supporting learning services, field service, and technical support. Relocation for each rotation may be required, and travel during each rotation, up to 60%, may also occur.

The overall goal of Digital Enterprise Services is to support customers in increasing plant availability, production quality, and enhance productivity.
We are looking for a Service Delivery Associate Consultant. This position will be part of a rotational program and locations during the 24-month program will include: Johnson City, TN, Alpharetta (Atlanta), GA and the greater Chicago, IL, area.
You’ll make an impact by:
- Collaborating with industry experts on the team to learn Siemens best practices.
- Participating in estimating, planning, and scheduling deliverables and tasks.
- Impacting our customers’ initiatives and business drivers.
- Providing support to control scope, cost, implementation, and quality.
- Consulting with users, management, and stakeholders.
- Supporting customers to resolve problems.
- Working closely with various groups to achieve defined outcomes.
This program will help you develop and build expertise in the following core skills:
- Cognitive Flexibility – Learn to remain agile and shift across multiple roles as customer demands and team resources change.
- Customer Focus – Learn to effectively transfer knowledge to customers through individual/group technical learning courses.
- Problem Solving – Develop critical thinking and systems analysis techniques to recommend solutions and guide field service personnel.
- Active Learner – Seek to improve your knowledge and skill set while utilizing proven learning strategies.
- Complex System Thinking – View systems from a broad perspective, recognizing overall structures and patterns.
- Communications – Develop effective written technical information and deliver instructions to customers.
You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and Master’s degree graduates will not be considered preferable.
- Candidate must have a completed Associate’s degree from a 2-year technical program in Engineering Technology, Industrial Technology, Mechatronics, Machine Tool Technology, or a related field, with a minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Willing and able to travel; open to relocation during the program and potentially upon its completion.
- Proven electro-mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to read and understand technical documentation.
- Must be able to use hand-tools, laptop, email, smartphone, and tablet.
- Ability to work in a team environment providing dedicated support to our customers.
- Individual must possess a valid driver's license in good standing.
- Qualified applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Candidate is within one year of graduating with an Associate’s degree from a technical program.

The pay range for this position is $55,160 to $94,560. The actual wage offered may vary based on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and geographic location.
