CALIBRE Systems, Inc., an employee-owned management consulting and digital transformation company, is looking for a highly motivated Junior Management Analyst to provide services in support of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). The successful candidate will assist senior management to bring innovation and creativity in the areas of Technology and Workforce Assessment.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assist team and senior management in evaluating available technologies and determining the most appropriate options that align with the project’s objectives, requirements, and long-term sustainability.
- Assist team and senior management to conduct organizational studies and evaluations to include assessing compatibility, scalability, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Assist team and senior management to design systems and procedures and conduct work simplification and measurement studies.
- Prepare documentation.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle fast-paced projects.
- Ability to work both individually and in a collaborative team environment.
Required Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree and up to 3 years of experience.
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office.
- Experience planning project and managing a project scope, schedule, and budget.
- Ability to analyze multiple perspectives and develop a cooperative solution.
- Knowledge of government management process.
- Performs all functional duties independently.
