A growing Computer Software company has an opening for a Chief Operating Officer with strong leadership skills and the ability to approach business from a creative POV. The ideal candidate will have previous C-Suite experience in a SaaS environment and a background in scaling a start-up business. The goal of the COO position is to secure the business's functionality to drive extensive and sustainable growth.

Responsibilities:
- Design and implement business strategies, plans, and procedures
- Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth
- Establish policies that promote company culture and vision
- Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives (IT, Marketing, Sales, Finance, etc.)
- Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication
- Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
- Write and submit reports to the CEO on all matters of importance
- Assist CEO in fundraising ventures
- Participate in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances, etc.)
- Manage relationships with partners/vendors
Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree in Business Administration or similar field
- Proven experience as Chief Operating Officer or relevant role
- Experience growing a SaaS business north of $100M in revenue
- Deep experience overseeing and growing GTM business functions such as Marketing, Revenue, Customer Service, Sales, HR, Finance, etc.
- Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development
- Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
- Working knowledge of IT/Business infrastructure
- Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills
- Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
- Experience in fundraising is a plus
- IPO experience ideal
