We are seeking a visionary leader with a passion for digital innovation and a track record of delivering impactful digital marketing strategies.
As the Director of Digital Marketing, you will oversee a team of four marketers with responsibilities for web content, paid media and social media. This role is responsible for the strategic creation of digital marketing initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive content-driven campaigns that generate interest and conversion with our target markets across Texas Capital’s multiple lines of business. The ideal candidate must also have a current working knowledge of marketing technologies and how to optimize platforms and partnerships to create scale. This is a critical role in Texas Capital’s Marketing organization as the firm is a branch light organization.
Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive annual digital marketing content strategies that drive business growth and are aligned to overall business objectives.
- Direct the execution of digital marketing campaigns and activities across web, paid digital media and social media.
- Create strategic alignment among all digital channels to optimize the prospect path-to-purchase journey.
- Establish and analyze key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and optimize strategies accordingly.
- Serve as the SME to internal teams, specifically the Sales Enablement team, on opportunities to capitalize on data and technology to fulfill organizational goals.
- Understand software and vendor roadmaps to manage to changes and upgrades to platforms while identifying opportunities to leverage new features and capabilities released.
- Partner with Sales Enablement and Technology to define overall data and process architecture – especially in areas of integration with platforms outside of the marketing organization.
Qualifications:
- 10-12 years of experience in Banking, Asset Management, or Insurance preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in business (Marketing, Finance, Accounting, etc.) or other relevant degree: Master’s preferred.
- Track record of leading multiple large campaigns across multiple digital channels simultaneously.
- Demonstrated experience leading teams in dynamic and fast-paced organizations.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable plans.
- Understanding of the marketing technology ecosystem as it applies specifically to web, media and social media.
- Hands-on experience in digital marketing tools and platforms including but not limited to Google Analytics, paid and social media management tools and content management tools.
- Experience with SEO/SEM, A/B and multivariate ad testing with a working experience in HTML, Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud for the purpose of driving deeper cross-functional alignment.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint to produce reports, correspondence, and presentations.
