The Consultant shall provide all resources necessary to accomplish the Services described below:
- Design, develop, and maintain middleware solutions, including APIs, messaging services, and web services.
- Implement and manage system integrations to ensure seamless communication between software applications and databases.
- Monitor and optimize middleware performance to improve efficiency, speed, and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve middleware-related issues, ensuring continuous system operation.
- Ensure middleware solutions comply with security protocols, including encryption, authentication, and authorization.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for middleware architecture and processes.
- Collaborate with development teams, system administrators, and other stakeholders to support integration efforts.
- Maintain and update middleware solutions, ensuring compatibility with system upgrades.
- Conduct testing and quality assurance to validate middleware functionality and ensure error-free deployments.
