General Purpose:
Corsair is seeking an experienced and passionate Sr. Director of Marketing to lead our go-to-market strategies for high-end gaming PCs and AI Workstations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the PC gaming, workstations, and technology industries, a proven track record in product marketing, and the ability to drive growth through innovative marketing campaigns.
Position Summary, Responsibilities, and Expectations:
- Develop and execute comprehensive and creative marketing strategies for our gaming PCs and AI Workstation product lines.
- Lead product launches, including messaging, positioning, and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with product teams to ensure marketing strategies align with product development roadmaps.
- Manage relationships with key influencers, partners, and media outlets in the PC gaming, workstations, and tech industries.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to develop marketing strategies.
- Oversee digital marketing efforts, including social media, content marketing, and email campaigns.
- Work closely with B2B sales teams to develop effective sales enablement assets and strategies.
- Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals.
- Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies for technology products.
- Deep understanding of the gaming PC and workstation markets, including current trends and future directions.
- Strong experience in digital marketing, including social media, content marketing, and influencer partnerships.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
- Experience managing and developing high-performing marketing teams.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and engineering.
Required Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of gaming and workstation hardware, software, and industry trends.
- Understanding of AI and machine learning technologies and their applications in workstations.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics and reporting tools.
- Strong project management skills.
