Minimum Qualifications:
- 10+ years of building and leading large teams and working in matrixed operating structures experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience working and communicating with multiple stakeholders, C-level executives and cross functional teams or equivalent
- Experience in strategic thinking about business, enterprise software products, and new technology platforms and architectures or equivalent
- Experience building strategic alliances and channels with a track record of accelerating leveraged sales and IT transformation via these channels.
The AWS Specialist Sales and Partner organization (ASP) aims to provide a cohesive and exceptional experience for customers working with our extensive network of over 100,000 partners. In this role, as part of ASP's Consulting Centre of Excellence (CCoE), you will lead a team of global partner development managers (PDMs) who are responsible for fostering the growth of some of AWS's most strategic partners. You will work closely with partner executives, AWS sales and partner leaders, and other key stakeholders to help your team build and land strategic initiatives that will accelerate the worldwide growth of Accelerate partners. You'll be responsible for finding the right intersection between AWS goals and our partners' capabilities, with a strong emphasis on industry-specific differentiation that will deliver value to our customers. This will include collaborating with partners to drive revenue growth, AWS adoption, and customer success in enterprise accounts.

Demonstrating sound judgment, strong relationship-building capabilities, and people development skills will be critical for success in this position.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Leading a team of global PDMs who will drive C-level and field relationships with AWS' Accelerate partners.
- Effectively engaging C-suite and SVP-level business and technical executives within the named "Accelerate partners" of CCoE to gain top-down sponsorship and foster their growth.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with AWS Sales, Partnerships, and Services teams, and helping your team to align on go-to-market strategies, partner engagement, and deliver differentiated customer outcomes.
- Leveraging data-driven insights to set the strategic direction to Accelerate partner(s) growth and optimize resource allocation.
- Building, managing, and mentoring a team of PDMs focused on CCoE's Accelerate partners, and helping them build their careers at AWS.
- Fostering a culture of innovation, inclusiveness, and continuous improvement within and across the team.
- 5+ years of managing and developing high performance teams experience.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $174,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $288,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
