Ally Pediatric Therapy, a specialty clinic for children with autism and other childhood disorders, is looking for a Clinical Director to join our growing team.

Position Summary:
An experienced Licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) responsible for providing clinical leadership and operational excellence. This individual will support an environment of high-quality clinical outcomes, positive customer experience, and strong staff engagement in an efficient, effective, and profitable manner. The Clinical Director has the unique opportunity to have a significant impact on the lives of children and families, build and lead a team of talented clinicians, and help shape the future of our growing company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, lead, manage, and develop a highly engaged team
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality clinical services and an amazing patient experience to the families we serve
- Deliver operational excellence within the clinic in order to yield sustainable financial performance
- Ensure that regular feedback is being provided to all staff per the Company’s performance management process
- Provide clinical support to supervising clinicians and oversee clinical interventions and their implementation
- Ensure clients are receiving adequate supervision per internal policies
- Manage clinic intake activity, including leading tours and overseeing treatment plan development
- Develop strong rapport and customer experience with families

Requirements:
- Must be licensed in Arizona and certified as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Experience working as a BCBA in a therapy program for children with autism
- Experience with staff and parent training
- Experience with supervision of BCBAs and RBTs
- Must be physically able to perform direct and supervision sessions
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a fingerprint clearance card
Physical Requirements:
- Must have the ability to lift and carry clients and maintain a variety of postures including but not limited to kneeling, squatting, standing, and sitting on the floor for extended periods of time. Candidate must also have the ability to move quickly to ensure client safety.
