Senior Business Analyst - Cost Estimation
As a member of the Care Navigation Delivery team, the Senior Business Analyst is responsible for the documentation of key user experiences, process diagrams, and data flows, and develops detailed impact analyses as we build our future roadmap for Cost Estimation. In addition, this role is responsible for the creation of requirements for any new initiatives as they relate to cost estimation. Many of these systems rely on core business functions (ex. claims processing, provider contracting, network management) and a complex ecosystem, so a deep understanding of BCBSMA's systems, business requirements, and data flow is critical for the long-term success of Care Navigation to ensure we achieve desired results.
This role is inherently cross-functional, and you must be an effective communicator with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. The Senior Business Analyst-Cost Estimation must be an independent learner, a self-starter willing to initiate projects, and someone who anticipates member's needs.
You should be a problem solver who is passionate about technology and enjoys working with engineering teams collaboratively, and equally comfortable interacting with business partners on their business needs. You should be somebody who is eager to lead programs that have both broad influence and unique technical challenges to solve. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting delivery across engineering, external vendor partners, and data disciplines, and an established track record of delivering large complex programs as well as effectively influencing up and across the organization.
