Project Engineer Job Summary: Project managing and engineering for L.C. Anderson construction projects. Position reports to President of Construction.
Annual Salary: $70,000-85,000

Qualifications:
- Mechanical Engineer (BSME)
- Background in HVAC through schooling or field experience
- Current drivers license and clean driving record
Key Job Requirements:
- Interact with clients (owners and general contractors) and generate business
- Accurately estimate costs associated with construction projects and generate quotations
- Read, understand, and estimate costs associated with construction projects
- Coordinate project management and oversee execution of construction projects
- Generate HVAC load estimate
- Understanding and ability to use AutoCAD
- Coordinate with construction manager to schedule construction technicians
- Responsible for ownership of project including coordinating with client
- Meeting construction schedule and customer requirements
- Responsible for project profitability
- Recognizing and pricing additional work (change orders) in a timely fashion
- Work well with other L.C. Anderson employees and subcontractors
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to each unique project or situation
- Ability to get multiple quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
- Perform any other task which may be required, as directed by Vice President of Construction
- Be customer focused and exceed customer’s expectations
