As the Marketing Technology and Governance Lead, you will serve as a product owner and support continuous improvement efforts for the MarTech stack to enhance efficiencies and support business strategies. You will oversee business cases and lead technology projects in partnership with our agency for the MarTech stack and internal partners. You will be viewed as the super-user for Salesforce, Adobe, MS Dynamics, Google Cloud Platform, etc.

What you'll do…
- Lead continuous improvement efforts across teams to enhance efficiencies and support business strategies via the MarTech platform.
- Prioritize internal IT and vendor work for CRM tools with a focus on achieving business goals and KPIs.
- Influence creative and digital marketing development and design through deep knowledge of systems and practice standards.
- Oversee weekly ticket grooming and backlog prioritization sessions to support marketing strategy and program initiatives.
- Ensure development of reusable layouts/templates for email systems along with developing the UI.
- Ensure best practices are followed in development and use of Salesforce creative and digital marketing development and design.
- Design, build, and scale a process to support increased volume-managing the performance and optimization of the marketing department effectiveness by employing a consultative, data-driven approach informed by past experience and best practices.
- Support the marketing team’s planning, budget management, project management, platform/tools management, and interdepartmental communication processes.
- Scale a centralized enablement resource for marketing, sales, and channel partners. Interpret internal and external business challenges and recommend best practices to improve campaigns.
You'll have…
- Bachelor's in marketing, Digital Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or similar Martech experience in high growth companies and extensive experience in marketing technology implementation across highly matrix organizations.
- Expert in advanced lead management, including lead life cycle, capturing enrichment, quality, privacy, marketability matching, scoring, routing, and conversion.

- Advocate and get necessary buy-in for new technologies and scalable processes/programs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with Senior Leadership and key stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a matrixed environment and build trusted relationships across a diverse group of stakeholders.
- Executive presence with the ability to present ideas, make recommendations, and provide rationale, and advise leaders and their teams on communication and capabilities.
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certification Preferred.
- Prior experience with Adobe, Epsilon Experience, Microsoft Dynamics, and other Martech systems.
- PMP Certified.
