National is currently seeking a Director of Brand Management & Communications to join our corporate team.
What You'll Do:
The Director of Brand Management & Communications manages the daily operations of the Marketing Department and staff, overseeing all phases of Marketing, Communications, and Digital Media for National Health Care Associates and its affiliated projects and facilities.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Systems development, management, and measurement.
- Coordination and/or direct implementation of marketing and communications programs through all stages.
- Plan, create, publish, and share new content across multiple social media platforms.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Chief Business Development Officer and/or other C-suite Executives.
- Direct the materials development and distribution of corporate/facility collateral.
- Assist in securing the attention of various media to promote National Health Care Associates Corporate and staff.
- Assist with National Health Care Associates Communications events (i.e., trade shows, Alzheimer's Association, Walk-A-Thon).
- Maintain high visibility in the health care industry (i.e., involvement with health care/government organizations).
- Keep current on trends and occurrences in the Post-Acute and Long-Term Care industry.
- Utilize current social media trends, best practices, and technology across all platforms, data analytics.
- Research and make recommendations to Supervisor on new products/services and present to Partners, as appropriate.
- Work with SNF Administrators to provide consultation and assistance in areas of Communication: events, newsletters, census analysis, marketing committees, and other internal and external marketing activities.
What You'll Bring:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in Healthcare Marketing (SNF/LTC, ALF, Hospital, Home Care, etc.), Digital Media, preferably in the long-term care or senior living industry.
- Strong knowledge of market dynamics, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and market expansion.
- Exceptional strategic planning and analysis skills, with the ability to identify areas of opportunity.
- Demonstrated team management and project management capabilities, as well as the ability to lead cross-functional teams, motivate staff, and foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
