Position: Chief Medical Officer (Full-Time)
The Chief Medical Officer (CMO) at IMA Medical Group will oversee the overall administration of all providers within the organization, ensuring the highest standards of medical care for our patients. The CMO will provide strategic vision and leadership to improve clinical services, anticipate future needs, and lead expansion and quality initiatives to enhance the IMA brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee clinical operations and ensure quality clinical services across the organization.
- Lead quality assurance initiatives and maintain compliance with HIPAA and other regulations.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for new and existing clinics.
- Communicate and collaborate with the CEO, Executive Leadership Council, and key stakeholders.
- Align clinical team objectives with corporate strategy and ensure accountability.
- Collect, compile, and report data to guide clinical and organizational decision-making.
- Establish and enforce effective policies and procedures.
- Achieve and maintain budgetary goals and communicate financial needs.
- Represent the organization to external audiences and provide medical expertise.
- Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of high-performance provider talent.
Qualifications:
- Valid medical degree and license
- 10+ years of clinical experience
- 5+ years of management experience
- Medicare Advantage Experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master of Health Administration (MHA) or Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- Experience in clinical risk management
