Position Overview
Lifeworks is seeking an Information Technology Director (IT Director). Reporting to the VP, Information Technology, the IT Director will work with senior technology leadership to develop and implement technology strategies and solutions for the organization. This position will manage IT functions (infrastructure, security, enterprise applications, integrations, project management), manage work assignments, and provide supervision to a team of 5-10 direct reports. The IT Director will drive team performance and provide inspiration and positive role modeling to reports, peers, and leaders. The Director will ensure IT staff follow and maintain the required standards of compliance, quality, and integrity of IT systems.

Location: Lifeworks Services [Richfield] / 20%-60% in-person
Compensation: $133,000/yr+

How You’ll Be Spending Your Time
Direct and provide leadership for implementation, management, compliance, and monitoring of all IT infrastructure systems, enterprise applications, integration platforms, business intelligence and reporting, and information security programs. Lead, coach, develop, and supervise a collaborative and positive team of direct reports. Provide work direction and address performance issues while recognizing and reinforcing desired performance. Establish and continuously monitor development and performance plans for direct reports; foster a team culture of continuous learning and professional growth. Lead customer service-focused IT service management, including service level agreement negotiation and compliance, service desk functions, and case management system functionality. Collaborate with the VP of IT and business leaders to develop and translate long-range strategic objectives and roadmaps into executable near-term actions as they pertain to establishing project budgets, resource planning, milestones, tracking metrics, and success measures. Develop, review, and manage IT budgets. Approve and monitor expenditures, analyze variances, and establish budgetary controls. Complete projects by coordinating internal resources, external vendors, and timetables through an effective method of cross-functional collaboration. Maintain knowledge of emerging technologies to evaluate and assess their relevance or potential value to the organization.
