POSITION OBJECTIVE:
This position provides support in managing all paid digital marketing initiatives. The primary focus is to drive revenue online and into stores through paid media programs. This role, as a key contributor to the success of the fast-growing digital business and the evolution of our online presence in the digital/e-commerce marketing space, ensures the execution of marketing campaigns, primarily focused on customer acquisition.
FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supports digital marketing campaigns which include all paid media including paid search, PMAX (shopping), video (YouTube, CTV), affiliates, influencers, display, along with other emerging ad platforms.
- Responsible for weekly reporting, including customer engagement metrics, trends, test results, campaign performance and creative performance.
- Develops and owns reporting, analytics, and optimization tactics for continual improvement of campaigns.
- Sets up and executes tests by studying best practices and past results, developing hypotheses, and testing those to improve overall results.
- Executes against budget and ensures accurate expenditure tracking and accounting against plans for brand(s).
- Monitors performance across programs and conducts measurement and analysis on the effectiveness and efficiency of digital programs.
- Monitors spend, revenue, and KPIs on a weekly basis and makes investment recommendations as necessary.
- Helps identify and leverage collaborations between all paid programs. Evaluates new customer acquisition metrics and subsequent value of customers acquired.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field strongly preferred.
- 3+ years’ online consumer retail marketing experience, including online/internet retail consumer marketing.
- Outstanding creative and strategic thinking abilities.
- Exceptional analytical, planning and project management skills. Strong spreadsheet, word processing and database skills.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline-driven atmosphere.
