- Conduct thorough architectural analyses and propose customized IT solutions that meet customer needs.
- Oversee service delivery to ensure alignment with customer and Org's objectives, acting as the technical authority on our solutions.
- Provide feedback on project progress and team performance.
- Identify and resolve project blockers.
Account Management & Growth
- Lead and take responsibility for customer resolution meetings and manage challenges effectively.
- Foster enduring customer relationships through effective communication and proactive issue resolution.
- Proactively engage with customers to identify opportunities for account growth and expansion.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure the seamless completion of new customer onboarding.
- Ensure efficient allocation of project hours and coordinate resource planning for delivery.
- Develop a written customer strategy for each customer, aligning it with Org's framework and methodology.
- Implement retention strategies to maintain a high level of customer engagement.
- Conduct discovery meetings or calls to understand prospect needs and challenges.
- Onboard new lines of business within the customer, ensuring a smooth transition into the product or service.
- Review customer complaints and concerns, seeking to improve the customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles such as Technical Account Management, Principal Architect, or Technical Sales, with a track record of driving customer growth, satisfaction, and retention.
- Expertise in Container Technologies and Orchestration, including Kubernetes and Docker.
- Proficiency in building and deploying cloud-native applications using Microservices architecture.
- Extensive experience in infrastructure automation using tools like Terraform and Ansible.
- Strong understanding and implementation of CI/CD pipelines, integrating automated testing and deployment strategies.
- Experience with AWS, GCP, and/or Azure Cloud platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT software and services.
- Excellent presentation skills and proficiency in whiteboarding.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and delivery teams.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to industry trends and technologies.
- Experience with business operations and revenue generation preferred.
