Responsibilities
Job Description: Required Onshore Support Lead for multiple COTS TMS Products for a leading Retailer having earlier experience is supporting TMS Applications from one or multiple Vendors like JDA/BY, Manhattan, McLeod, Ortec, Omnitrax, Square-rigger, Retalix, etc.
Skills Required
- Strong experience in TMS implementation or support
- Good knowledge in Technical Integrations with TMS Application
- Good experience in Configuration/Functional Flow/Modules and Testing of TMS Applications
- Experience working successfully in a highly matrixed work environment and in dealing with vendors, service providers, and support organizations in a global environment
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to gather relevant data and information, actively listen, dialogue freely, and verbalize ideas effectively
- Demonstrate the ability to effectively collaborate with managers and team members
- Have the ability to effectively work cross-functionally with and through business and IT managers

Salary and Other Compensation
The annual salary for this position is between $110,000/Year to $130,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
