The Implementation Specialist (IS) is responsible for training and support of hospital and clinical staff at the time of product introduction. The product launch will be part of a larger clinical workflow implementation; the IS will be instrumental in workflow adoption and product uptake. This role requires building relationships with stakeholders within the health system (e.g., physicians, pharmacists, nurses, administrators) involved in clinical workflow implementation.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Train and Support IDN/Hospital staff on Product within workflow and compliance guidelines
- Prior experience in clinical settings such as Emergency Department, Medical Clinic, Inpatient Floor preferred
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective strategies
- Conduct product presentations, educational programs, and in-service training for healthcare professionals
- Provide feedback to internal teams on customer needs, market dynamics, and competitor insights
- Utilize Veeva/Salesforce to track implementation and feedback
- Travel: Up to 60% of the time
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Experience and familiarity with clinical environment
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams
- Utilize Veeva/Salesforce to track implementation status and feedback
- Utilize Microsoft suite of products to communicate messages
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including networking, influencing, presentation, and written and verbal communication
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree, Medical technician, RN/BSN, or LPN
- Experience and/or Training: Experience and comfort in clinical settings (ED, Outpatient, Inpatient)
- Licenses/Certificates: Driving Record
- Technology/Equipment: Fully functional in Microsoft Suite Programs
