Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Director to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail sales and management, with a focus on driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and fostering a positive work environment. The Store Director will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, managing a team of sales associates, and ensuring that all store goals and objectives are met.
Duties:
- Provide leadership and direction to the store team, ensuring that all sales associates are knowledgeable about products and services.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase customer loyalty.
- Manage inventory levels and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Conduct interviews and hire the best candidates for open positions.
- Oversee the operation of the store's point-of-sale (POS) system and ensure that all sales data is accurately recorded.
- Collaborate with Assistant Manager to develop and implement employee training programs.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and make informed decisions about inventory levels and product promotions.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration.
- Manage and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive sales growth and attract new customers.
- Ensure that all store employees are properly trained to manage inventory and maintain a high level of customer service.
Skills:
- Proven experience in team management and retail sales.
- Strong knowledge of wireless sales and retail sales strategies.
- Excellent interviewing skills and the ability to hire the best candidates.
- Proficiency in POS systems and inventory control.
- Ability to manage and motivate a team to achieve sales goals.
- Strong market knowledge and the ability to develop effective marketing strategies.
- Experience as an Assistant Manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to provide exceptional customer experiences.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $67,000.00 - $101,000.00 per year
