Technical Direction Letter (TDL) Analyst

Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Technical Direction Letter (TDL) Analyst to join our team in the DMV area. We have opportunities in the Washington, DC area as well as Northern Virginia and Maryland. If you are looking for an opportunity in any of those locations, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Evaluates program operations and recommends improvements to small- and medium-sized Technical Direction Letter (TDL) projects.
- Identifies trends and patterns in program data to help identify areas of inefficiency or underperformance.
- Develops and implements strategies to improve program effectiveness and efficiency, including creating and implementing new procedures and policies.
- May conduct research and report on program performance and outcomes.
- Experienced in improving overall operational performance and takes direction from more senior personnel.
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Four (4) years of additional experience is required with a High School diploma; two (2) years of additional experience is required with an Associate’s degree.
- A Master’s degree may be considered in lieu of two (2) years of experience; a Ph.D. can be considered in lieu of four (4) years of experience.
- Two (2) years of position-specific experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Clearance Requirements:
- Must have a TS/SCI with Polygraph.
Physical Requirements:
- The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
