A leading Health System in the Boston, MA area is looking to bring on a Labor and Employment Attorney. In this position, you will provide counsel on labor relations matters, negotiate collective bargaining agreements, and advise on grievances/arbitrations, unfair labor practices, and union organizing campaigns.
Requirements:
- JD from an accredited law school.
- 8+ years of experience with Labor and Employment matters.
- 5+ years of experience with Traditional Labor matters.
- Barred in good standing in the state of Massachusetts.
