DescriptionSupports both Human Resources and General Counsel as an Executive Assistant. Provides executive-level administrative assistance to assigned Vice-Presidents and Leaders for their respective areas and divisions. Responsible for planning, coordination, and administration of corporate employee awards, recognition, and special activities. Coordinates business and office services for assigned departments. Displays excellent communication and diplomacy skills at all times, works independently, handles multiple projects in different subject areas simultaneously, and manages complex calendar events. High attention to detail and maintains utmost confidentiality due to the nature of the business conducted within the company and its divisions.
QualificationsEducation:
- Bachelor’s degree desirable.
- College-level coursework in English, administration, law, or HR preferred.
Experience:
- Five years of advanced administrative or executive assistant experience required.
- Project management experience preferred.
- Experience in large healthcare organizations; knowledge of accreditation standards strongly preferred.
- Three years of experience supporting Human Resources or Legal preferred.
Skills:
- Must demonstrate excellent written, verbal, and phone communication skills. Strong English grammar, editing, and punctuation skills required.
- Advanced proficiency in word processing with a keying speed of 60 words per minute. Experience with database, spreadsheet, and presentation applications.
- Must demonstrate the highest discipline regarding confidentiality.
- Event planning skills required.
- Must demonstrate high attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to effectively multi-task and manage multiple projects on short timelines in a busy office environment is essential.
- Requires a high level of comfort with taking initiative and being accountable for teamwork and service excellence.
- Must consistently model System values and norms. Ability to deliver value-added customer service is essential.

Hours of Work:
Monday – Friday, most business hours between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm. Some nights and weekend hours are required in lieu of regular business hours when business needs require.
Compensation: $36-42 based on years of experience.
