We are now hiring a hardworking and ambitious Regional Sales and Operations Director for our soon-to-become biggest market: United States. Your role is to continue transforming the oral healthcare industry by developing our people and our chain of orthodontic clinics, which are characterized by their disruptive design and modern patient experience.
Your responsibilities include:
- Ensure the revenue growth and profitability of Impress clinics, drive sales and profit results in all clinics.
- Lead Impress clinic teams in the USA, ensure KPIs are met or exceeded.
- Be the connection between Headquarters and Impress country; communicate vision, motivate all team members, and ensure great performance and a competitive atmosphere for the teams.
- Monitor the sales plans on a daily and weekly basis of treatment coordinators and doctors, track conversions, create & execute improvement action plans when required.
- Ensure achievements of monthly and annual budgets, and that revenue flows are maximised and that costs are minimised.
- Coach and train the sales and doctor team on sales best practices.
- Engage and form a genuine connection with our customers to keep them excited about their journey to a more confident smile.
- Ensure compliance with sales & operations processes and correct follow-up procedures. Solve escalated issues.
- Ensure work schedules for teams such as sales, clinical staff, and doctors are well organized.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and sanitary protocols.
- Engage in marketing activities & interviews, receipt of influencers, and photoshoots. This may involve videos for social media together with other team members. Lead this by example. Motivate other teams to be social.
- Manage negotiations with partners & other external stakeholders or governing bodies, support the creation of legal and financial structures as needed.
- Ensure a perfect customer experience in every moment of the customer journey.
- Ensure 100% amazing look and feel in the clinics and highest NPS.
- Be available to travel.
What you need to be successful:
- Proven experience in a similar role and good understanding of the industry.
- Strong B2C sales background and P&L management experience.
- Very good understanding of the US market.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate & inspire teams.
- You are data & results oriented and have analytical and organizational skills.
- You are a driven and ambitious individual with a strong desire to succeed.
- Roll-Up-The-Sleeves Style: You enjoy an entrepreneurial atmosphere that requires you take ownership of the initiatives and to be comfortable in an environment with lean staffing.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills; you know how to communicate effectively to a wide variety of audiences.
