About the Role
Glassdoor is looking for an experienced Director of Sales who wants to jump in head-first and help grow our business. You will directly contribute to the growth by managing a core function of our Sales business, overseeing multiple Enterprise Inside Sales teams focused on growing our existing customer base and revenue targets. You'll build by hiring, training, coaching and leading growers because you are a grower too.
What You'll Do
- Hire, lead and coach a team of first-line sales leaders who will do the same for their reps.
- Report directly to our Sr. Director of Sales.
- Manage Forecasting expectations, driving consistency activity and pipeline in Salesforce CRM to exceed your goals.
- Develop, motivate and retain top performing leaders who do the same for their top performing reps.
- Train sales process best practices while building upon an existing framework.
- Engage your team with daily huddles, interactive meetings and fun challenges.
- Overachievement of sales targets.
- Effectively lead multiple Enterprise Inside Sales and Mid-Market teams to success hitting monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals.
What You'll Bring
- A commitment to add to our culture of DEI.
- 10+ years experience total in the sales space, SaaS preferred.
- 6+ years of success leading B2B Enterprise sales team selling to Fortune 500 accounts in the HR/Recruiting Software space preferred.
- 2+ years experience minimum leading multi-leveled teams of direct and indirect reports required.
- SaaS or adtech sales experience preferred.
- Consistently meet or exceed team targets and have the data to prove it.
- Demonstrated ability to command the room and partner with senior stakeholders.
- Have weathered and loves a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel up to 40% as needed.
Compensation and Benefits
Base Salary Range*: $160,160 - 240,240 | OTE: $228,800 - 343,200
Pay Mix: 70% base / 30% commissions variable
