We are seeking an experienced Employment/Wrongful Termination Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate must have a deep understanding of employment law and a proven track record of successfully representing clients in cases of wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and other employment-related matters.
Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in a variety of employment law cases, including wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation
- Conduct legal research and analysis to develop case strategies
- Draft legal documents, including complaints, motions, and briefs
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and judges
- Attend court hearings, arbitrations, and mediations
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
- Stay current on changes in employment law and legal trends
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in the state where the position is located
- Minimum of 2 years of experience practicing employment law
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to manage a high-volume caseload and work independently
- Proven track record of successful outcomes in employment law cases
