Our client, a well-established mid-size law firm in Chicago, is actively seeking an employment attorney to join the firm as a partner. Attorneys in this practice provide the full range of legal counsel to employers nationwide and have extensive experience defending employers in employment litigation and proactively counseling on various employment matters.

Responsibilities:
· Counsel clients on a range of employment issues
· Create and revise employee handbooks and policies
· Handle employment proceedings in court and before administrative agencies
· Represent clients in complex employment related commercial litigation matters
Required Qualifications:
· Significant level of experience with employment counseling and employment litigation
· Portable business is a plus but not required
· Experience handling employment proceedings in court and before administrative agencies, as well as handling related complex commercial litigation
