The Head of Analytics at Envisionit will be responsible for building and leading the end-to-end solutions delivery of our client measurement, attribution and overall analytics, including reporting & dashboards. This role will work with internal strategy, creative, client, project management and media team stakeholders to make marketing investment decisioning easy for our clients - all while creating scalable, maintainable and reusable analytics & measurement products for the agency as both an industry differentiator and revenue driver.

Job Responsibilities:
- Lead in-house analysts and oversee external consultants, managing resources & priorities across multiple initiatives
- Leverage a combination of analytical expertise, data & system knowledge, and business insights to answer and anticipate critical business questions, delivering insights to our clients
- Under the leadership of the CDO, partner on development of the marketing analytics and measurement product roadmap, including building new agency capabilities
- Spearhead full-funnel measurement and attribution strategies, including frameworks, test & learn methods, attribution and media mix modeling techniques (as appropriate and sized for each client’s needs)
- Deliver best-in-class insights, showcasing our application of data visualization (Power BI, Tableau, Excel) and via analytic tools (R, SAS, JMP, Python, Spark), telling concise, actionable stories
- Partner with key stakeholders to perform needs assessments, cost/benefit analyses and identify areas of opportunity across media reporting, testing, measurement and insights delivery
- Source compliant, innovative tools & platforms for data sharing, reporting, attribution and measurement through marketplace research and RFIs/RFPs
- Help conduct data & workflow analysis, map sources of truth and translate data into systems to deliver on reporting & dashboard needs for all clients, ensuring data integrity
- Supervise reporting development and production, product demos and user acceptance testing
Qualifications:
- Degree in a quantitative field (Data / Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Analytics, Management/Business Information Systems or related degree/equivalent experience)
- 8+ years of related experience as Marketing Data Analyst/Engineer, Business Intelligence or related analytical role
- Ability to manage several simultaneous projects with a focus on results
- Experience conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis with analytics techniques to solve defined business problems
- Experience working across the full-funnel marketing technology ecosystem and omni-channel media: earned and owned acquisition channels including paid search/social/affiliate/programmatic and organic search/social; CRM functions including customer persona modeling, journey modeling, database querying & analysis and marketing automation platforms
- High degree of proficiency in Excel; Strong analysis, data manipulation, and problem-solving skills
- Basic to moderate experience with data management, programming and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, R, SAS, JMP, Python, Spark, etc).
