We expect you to lead a significant transformation of our customer experience and product portfolio over the coming years and we are searching for a Head of Product to join us who will be instrumental in driving and realizing that vision.
You are the voice of the customer and champion user experience and business value, with a core focus on delivering product outcomes. With a deep understanding of customers, commercial outcomes, operational processes and technology, this role is responsible for developing a product vision, formulating strategy, designing the product roadmap, and working closely with other areas of the business to execute against it.
This role will suit someone who is naturally curious with a strategic mindset, whilst also being prepared to get into the detail. This role will need someone with extensive experience in building and launching new digital products to market. That experience will naturally translate into confident and quick decision making, using an agile mindset that follows the value, with user behavior and objective data to help support those decisions.

- Demonstrates experience driving product outcomes across the lifecycle, and within an agile environment.
- Is strategic, creative and an analytic thinker.
- Is a strong innovator and communicator who collaborates, initiates, advocates and influences effectively.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of product management experience in B2B and SaaS based products, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Excellent understanding of SaaS based business models, product development methodologies, and go-to-market strategies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in managing and prioritizing multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
- Able to work with cross-functional teams and manage relationships with key stakeholders.
