Our client is seeking a Director, Business Excellence - Digital in Pleasanton, CA. This key leadership role involves acting as the Chief of Staff and a strategic partner to the Executive Vice President, Chief Technology Officer. The Director will be responsible for driving operational excellence, supporting strategic initiatives, and contributing to the development and execution of the Digital strategy.
Responsibilities- Strategic Support (35%):
- Collaborate with the EVP, CTO to develop and implement the company's Digital strategy and planning efforts.
- Oversee the development of medium and long-term goals, identifying growth opportunities and facilitating cross-functional initiatives.
- Monitor business trends and industry best practices to inform strategic business planning.
- Work with leaders to remove barriers to progress and ensure the success of business initiatives.
- Define, prepare, and communicate departmental plans, including strategy, staffing, and development plans.
- Conduct business and financial analysis to support and track the business strategy.
- Operational Excellence (35%):
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Digital department, ensuring efficient processes and resource allocation.
- Implement process improvements and act as a Digital ambassador to simplify complex topics.
- Develop and execute communication strategies aligned with company goals and values.
- Drive a cohesive approach to Culture & Change Management activities, including communications planning and stakeholder management.
- Enhance partnerships with key Digital suppliers and partners to foster innovation.
- Executive Liaison (20%):
- Work with the executive assistant to manage the commitments and time of the EVP, CTO.
- Prepare briefing materials and serve as a point of contact for Digital matters.
- Leadership & Collaboration (10%):
- Foster a collaborative work environment within the Digital team.
- Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams across the organization.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in HR, Consulting, or Information Technology.
- Proven track record in managing complex projects and initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop effective solutions.

Benefits- Compensation: $102,300 - $208,600 per year, based on education, experience, and market data.
