QLM Search is partnering a PE backed Food Group to recruit an Interim President for a 12-18 month assignment.
Following a recent acquisition, this role will lead the carve out and subsequent integration into the new group.
Reporting to the CEO, this role will lead the in has a clear mandate to drive world class performance across all aspects of the business:
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the business, with overall responsibility for a complex multi-site operation and hold full P&L accountability
- Leverage deep commercial and P&L management expertise, from a mid-size food group, to drive critical strategic decisions across brand, private label and co-manufacturing.
- Develop and implement new initiatives to drive revenue, optimise margin, growth and NPD opportunities across all channels
- Create a Lean operating Culture, adding Value and removing waste, to ensure the future competitive advantage of the organisation
- Drive a culture of high performance, that supports the growth across all aspects of the business
To be considered for this role, you must have a proven track record of delivering results in a medium sized food manufacturer. Deep experience of carve out & integration is a pre-requisite.
You will have a strong reputation and network with the major retailer and foodservice groups and this will be complimented by your ability to build high performing teams.
