Assurance FAAS Infrastructure Experience Manager (Assistant Director) (Multiple Positions) (1526220), Ernst & Young U.S. LLP, Hoboken, NJ.
Identify talent with specific skill sets and interests to build diverse teams that support clients. Build relationships at all levels and be a trusted business advisor to our business leaders. Interact with various business functions, including finance, human resources and business development, and drive our business in meeting strategic goals. Execute resource and scheduling for complex assignments that require extensive relationships with engagement subarea managers. Match resource needs with availability while taking into consideration skills required, personal preferences and engagement risk. Coordinate with other resource managers and client service leaders to balance workloads and address staffing needs as required. Participate in forecasting process and identify means of continual resource management process improvements. Develop and share leading practices across subareas. Resolve conflicts with engagement team members to identify appropriate alternatives in a timely manner. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to assign counselors to resource analysts, identify instructors for firm-sponsored training programs, and manage the onboarding needs of interns, staff hires and transfer employees.
Manage and motivate teams of professionals with diverse skills and backgrounds. Consistently deliver quality client services by monitoring progress. Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Cultivate business development opportunities.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field and 5 years of related experience. Employer will accept 3-year or 4-year degree. Alternatively, employer will accept a Master’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field and 4 years of related experience.
Must have 3 years of experience with a public accounting or professional services firm.
Must have 3 years of experience with data analysis and reporting.
Must have 3 years of experience working with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel (Pivot tables and V-Lookups).
Must have 3 years of experience with reviewing and analyzing engagement economics and operational metrics.
Must have 3 years of experience negotiating and providing conflict management with C-suite executives for workforce management.
Must have 3 years of experience building engagement teams based on skills-based assessment.
