Enterprise Risk Management Director
The Director is responsible for helping to identify, assess, monitor, and report on changes in the ERM business environment. In this role, you will participate in stakeholder meetings to capture changes in the business environment, communicate requirements, escalate issues, and advise decision-making regarding risk mitigation activities. You'll lead a skilled team through the assistance, development, and delivery of training to support ERM standard work and initiatives. Address questions and concerns, provide guidance, and support the communication, awareness, and adoption of risk management activities. In addition, support project management efforts related to team activities and remediation of issues identified by internal and external sources.
The Director will report to the Senior Vice President Chief Audit Risk and Compliance Officer.
This is a full-time position working 4 days at our Corporate Office in mid-town Manhattan and the ability for 1 day remote.
Preferred Criteria
Required Criteria
- Bachelors degree or equivalent
- Ability to partner with senior management across different teams, and influence and align colleagues and partners. Collaborative and creative approach to driving risk mitigation activities
- Experience presenting to Executive level and Board Committees
- Experience handling and advising a team of professionals
- Minimum requirement 10+ years of relevant experience in an internal/ external auditor enterprise risk management, risk consulting, and/or business process owner position in a large corporate environment in related industry
- Familiarity with ERM governance requirements (e.g., Key Business Decisions, Risk Appetite and Limits, Issues Management, Risk Identification and Assessment, Risk Mitigation Strategies, etc.)

Salary Range: $129,000-$258,000/Annual
