C Technologies seeks an IDS Management Analyst III to provide expert-level instructional systems design (ISD) support. This role involves designing courses that adhere to DHS instructional design guidelines, ensuring they are highly interactive and engaging for learners.
Summary:
C Technologies is seeking a highly skilled and experienced IDS Management Analyst III to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide instructional systems design (ISD) support to content owners, ensuring courses follow DHS instructional design guidelines and minimum standards. This role also involves collaborating with DHS ISDs, supporting all mandatory training, and participating in training evaluation and quality assurance processes.
Responsibilities:
Instructional Systems Design (ISD):
- Provide ISD support to content owners to design courses that follow DHS instructional design guidelines, including all minimum standards, policy guidance, and directives.
- Ensure online courses are highly interactive and engaging for learners.
- Collaborate with DHS ISDs to provide support for all mandatory training, Training Evaluation & Quality Assurance Group (TEQAG), and Enterprise E-Learning Group processes.
Quality Assurance and Testing:
- Conduct quality assurance testing for all web-based materials and online courses.
- Provide documentation of all issues found, including grammar, spelling, and other flaws.
Customer/Client Relations:
- Work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) on online course designs in a Federal government environment.
- Maintain direct experience with customer/client relations to ensure course content meets client expectations and requirements.
Requirements:
- 15 years of experience exclusively in the eTraining area and not in a classroom environment.
- Five years of experience creating eTraining courses with test-outs and final assessments in an eTraining environment.
- Five years of direct experience with customer/client relations working closely with SMEs on online course designs in a Federal government environment.
- Five years of experience with quality assurance and testing of all web-based materials.
- No college degree required.
Preferred:
- Advanced degree in Instructional Systems Design, Education, or a related field.
