As Homeowner Association Manager, you will create, manage, and fully transition a variety of Homeowner Association (HOA) and Condominium communities. You will manage relationships with property managers in overseeing community common area and amenity services; establish, re-evaluate, and manage scope of work, contracts, budget, and field issues with an association management company. You will be responsible for due diligence associated with HOA matters in prospective new communities and attend, as the Declarant Representative, HOA and Condo Association Board meetings.

A bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, focusing on Business, Communications, Management, or a similar field is preferred; three to five years of Community Management experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Planning, organization, budgeting, decision-making, and problem-solving skills are required. The successful candidate must maintain a valid driver's license.
