In this role, the chosen candidate will be responsible for a range of essential duties. These duties include conducting thorough legal research, due diligence, and meticulous title examinations for commercial real estate transactions. Additionally, they will be tasked with drafting, reviewing, and skillfully negotiating commercial real estate contracts, purchase agreements, and leases. Minimum Requirements
Applicants must meet specific requirements to be considered for this position, including holding a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and an active license to practice law in the state of Massachusetts. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 3 years of experience as an attorney, with a primary focus on commercial real estate law. Additionally, they should demonstrate a proven track record in conducting title examinations and successfully executing commercial real estate transactions. Strong knowledge of real estate regulations, zoning laws, and land use policies in Massachusetts is essential.
