OverviewDirects the strategy, development, execution and maintenance of all B2B and B2C digital and social marketing activities across the VNS Health Enterprise. Collaborates with VNS Health leadership/staff to create digital marketing strategies and tactics, digital content strategies and website development plans. Analyzes digital programs to ensure implementation of customer-centric digital best practices. Leads initiative to communicate the benefits and increase the utilization of digital and social marketing across the Enterprise. Also ensures digital marketing activities are fully integrated with respective Business Units, VNS Health Marketing, Corporate Communications, Sales and IT Initiatives, as appropriate. Collaborates with IT department to make sure all digital programs are compatible with existing infrastructure and data security requirements. Oversees relationships with vendors, including but not limited to Digital Agencies, Media Planning Agency and Social Media Management. Works under general direction.

Compensation:$137,800.00 - $183,800.00 Annual

What You Will Do
- Creates and implements B2B and B2C digital and social marketing plans and strategies and tactics, including but not limited to, online advertising, email marketing, including newsletters, and social media in support of the VNS Health Enterprise and key brand, sub brand, and/or program/service objectives. Builds and manages project plans for each digital marketing activity, including objective, goal, strategy, tactics and measurements to evaluate effectiveness.
- Works closely with VNS Health leadership to define and develop digital marketing solutions. Provides digital marketing advice and guidance to various business units to ensure overall digital marketing effectiveness.
- Leads design, development, execution, and maintenance of all VNS Health websites, including website redesigns, launches, related content, and functional and feature needs to ensure VNS Health achieves and maintains a category leadership position.
- Collaborates with business and marketing leaders to ensure that digital and social marketing activities support business requirements and needs.
- Monitors digital and marketing trends, social brand and category data; leads VNS Health in the ongoing understanding of the importance and potential of digital's impact on business metrics.
- Works to maintain and continually improve the Enterprise's competitive digital position and footprint. Maintains up-to-date understanding of marketplace, including competitors' digital footprint and social engagement. Identifies and assesses new digital opportunities for VNS Health.
- Evaluates all digital marketing analytics/reporting; identifies effectiveness and/or gaps in the VNS Health digital marketing, social media and email marketing initiatives. Develops KPIs and monitors performance, adjusting strategies and tactics as appropriate in order to ensure goals are met.
- Manages digital team (editor, producer and social media manager) in the execution of web maintenance, social media management and overall digital support.
- Prepares and manages annual digital budget and monitors expenses against budget throughout year.
- Oversees relationships with vendors, including marketing consultants and agencies.
- Collaborates with IT department to make sure all digital programs are compatible with existing infrastructure and data security requirements.
- *Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
QualificationsEducation:
- Bachelor's Degree preferably in communication, marketing or business required
- MBA in Marketing Preferred
Work Experience:
- Minimum of seven years of experience in marketing including at least five years in a hands-on digital marketing role that included acquisition, conversion and retention strategies across all of the key digital marketing vehicles (paid and organic search, display advertising, social, CRM/email) Required
- Demonstrated track record of success in providing analysis, strategic direction, and specific business recommendations to senior leadership on critical decisions Required
- Experience in Web Product Management including the Web development cycle of Discovery, IA, Design, Development and QA Required
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (i.e. Google Analytics) and ability to use MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint effectively Required
- Experience managing teams responsible for content strategy, writing, editing and adaptation for social channels and platforms Required
