The Quality Assurance Director is responsible for a range of process improvement activities, including data gathering and analysis, process mapping, developing and recommending alternatives for improvement, developing performance metrics, and monitoring post-process improvement initiative performance to updated standards.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality assurance strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Lead and manage a team of quality assurance professionals, providing guidance, training, and support.
- Oversee the design and implementation of quality control processes and systems to monitor and evaluate service quality throughout the facility.
- Conduct audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as operation management, direct care workers, case management and clinical to address quality-related issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Analyze data and metrics to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for enhancing quality and efficiency.
- Develop and implement quality assurance metrics and performance indicators to measure and report on quality-related objectives.
- Work independently, react to change productively, and handle other essential tasks as assigned while exercising a high level of confidentiality.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in social work, human services, or related field.
- Minimum of (3) three years relevant experience.
- Minimum of (1) one year supervisory experience.
- Must be computer literate.
- Must be at least 21 years of age at the time of hire.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish (verbal and written) preferred.
- Possess a valid Driver's License.
- Possess a clear Tuberculosis test.
- Ability to successfully clear a background check.
- Ability to successfully clear a drug screening.
- Provide immunization documentation for Tdap, Varicella, MMR, Hepatitis A and B, Varicella.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer.
