Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our dynamic team through the next phase of growth and expansion. The CEO will be responsible for setting the strategic direction of the company, driving operational excellence, and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the company's strategic plan in alignment with short-term and long-term objectives.
- Lead and manage all aspects of the organization, including operations, finance, sales/marketing, and human resources.
- Ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness in manufacturing processes while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive initiatives to expand market share and profitability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, investors, and regulatory authorities.
- Recruit, develop, and mentor a high-performing executive team, fostering a culture of accountability and achievement.
- Uphold ethical standards and promote a positive corporate culture that aligns with the company's values.
- Monitor industry trends and technological advancements to capitalize on opportunities and maintain competitive advantage.
- Oversee financial performance and budgeting, making strategic decisions to ensure financial health and sustainability.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of leadership and success in a senior executive role within the plastics manufacturing industry or related field.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, supply chain management, and quality assurance processes.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic plans that drive business growth and profitability.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire employees, stakeholders, and the broader community.
- Advanced degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
- Solid understanding of financial management and budgeting.
