As a Clinical Support Professional, you will play a meaningful role in supporting providers and patients during their clinic visits. Key responsibilities include monitoring clinic schedules, greeting and guiding patients to their examination room, and collecting pertinent medical information for their health records. In addition, you will be a valued partner in delivering an outstanding patient experience by coordinating and communicating with other members of the health care team, including nursing staff, advanced practice providers, and physicians, among others.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school Diploma or GED
- Excellent customer service, public relations, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and work with a fluctuation in workload while working independently
- Demonstrated ability to follow protocol specific care delivery expectations
Preferred Qualifications:
- One of the following: Medical Assisting Diploma from a CHEA/CAAHEP accredited program (CMA or RMA preferred)
- CMA (Certified Medical Assistant) or RMA (Registered Medical Assistant)
If selected for hire, compensation and job classification will be individually determined based on a candidate's specific background, including licensure, certifications, and experience level.

Hours: 1.0 FTE, 40 hours per week

We provide a wide range of services for a variety of infectious diseases, including subspecialty programs for HIV, Transplant, and Outpatient Antibiotic Therapy patients. We identify and treat patients with infections associated with sexual activity, environmental and food exposures, travel medicine, surgery, and other sources. Our dedicated team of providers, nurses, social workers, pharmacists, and other health care givers care for the whole patient and use resources from the community to assist with ensuring the patient has what they need to improve their health.
