Duties:
- Analyze insurance coverage issues under professional liability, general liability, and directors' and officers' insurance policies.
- Provide legal advice and counsel to clients regarding insurance coverage matters.
- Conduct legal research on insurance law and related regulations.
- Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents for insurance-related cases.
- Represent clients in negotiations, mediation, and court proceedings.
- Collaborate with colleagues and clients to develop case strategies.
- Maintain client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on relevant legal developments and case law in insurance coverage.
Requirements:
