About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to focus on our strategic partnerships with leading Global System Integrators (GSIs) such as Accenture, EY, TCS, Deloitte, Infosys, and more. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Business Development, Sales, and Partner Marketing teams to create and execute joint messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies that highlight the unique value of our solutions in partnership with these GSIs.
To be a successful candidate you will have a proven track record in Product Marketing for high-tech companies, with demonstrated ability to link technical products and features to customer pain points and translate them into business value. You should have exceptional leadership skills to drive execution of cross-functional efforts, an ability to understand market drivers, target audiences, and competitive landscape. You also should have excellent communication skills, capable of writing and presenting about the product, both to internal and external audiences, in a way that influences the desired behavior.
What You Will Do:
- Strategic Messaging & Content: Craft and own compelling messaging and positioning that communicates the value of our solutions in collaboration with GSIs. Develop high-quality content for internal and external stakeholders to support integrated marketing campaigns, product launches, and events.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, BD, and Marketing teams to plan and execute enablement, training, and marketing activities for both internal and external audiences. Drive initiatives such as funnel growth, web optimization, campaigns, and events in collaboration with these teams.
- Partnership Growth: Influence the development and execution of go-to-market strategies with GSIs, ensuring alignment with their business objectives and our product offerings. Support partnership product and solution launches, ensuring that the field and other GTM teams are fully enabled.
- Market Insight & Strategy: Engage with customers and partners to gather insights, refine messaging, and perfect your strategy. Benchmark and assess the impact of your efforts against key business metrics, staying attuned to market drivers, target audiences, and the competitive landscape.
What You Will Bring:
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing roles within enterprise software, particularly in SaaS/Cloud environments.
- Proven ability to develop value-oriented messaging and create engaging content.
- Strong track record of collaborating with GSIs and navigating complex business environments.
- Technical foundation with the ability to understand and communicate product concepts effectively.
- MBA or equivalent experience; Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field preferred.

This position has an annual estimated salary of $137,360- $181,620, an annual bonus, and a competitive equity package. The actual pay may vary depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location. In addition, Confluent offers a wide range of employee benefits.
